Of staying fit…

Everyday seems like a rat race.  You work, you eat, you sleep, and you get up.  It is always a cycle.  It is a routine that goes on everyday.  Sometimes there are more of great work than the ease of sleeping and resting.  From there, you know for instant what is lacking and what needs to be done.  There must be an exercise to keep you fit.  Everyday, there are 1,440 minutes.  If you spare at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise for at least 5 times a week, then you maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Go for a brisk walk on a warm day.  You can do some stretching on the other day.  Inside the house there are a lot of chores that can make you burn some fats and excessive calories.  Grab some groceries at the store with your bike and it can give you some sweat.  Dancing can be fun in a party you attend to.  A dip in the pool or a swim in the beach in a family treat can get you in shape.  Get engage in sports!  Choose the best of what you can do well and make it a routine.  With all of these and a balanced diet coupled with the right hours of sleep, then you are well fit!  Life goes on as time flies so fast.  Make use of your time well, getting on with what you have to do and what you need to do.  You need to stay in shape to keep your body fit before time passes you by, as it will happen soon.  So, with the race everyday, you can be geared well first on the line to enjoy life and love it too.  It is not easy keeping everything balanced but if you make it a habit, you can make it after all.
